Proven Winners® ColorChoice®
Proven Winners® ColorChoice® selects improved new flowering shrubs for North American gardens and landscapes. We look for plants that are a good fit for the challenges of landscaping, like compact or fastigiate habits and improved disease resistance. Good looks help, too! We ship starter plants to nurseries across the continent who grow them on to landscape size, so you can find locally grown plants that are the right fit for your job. Whether you’re looking for an improved form of a familiar plant or something completely different, we have the plants to make your designs come to life.
Limelight Prime® - Hydrangea paniculata
Improved 'Limelight'
Limelight Prime® has better foliage and flower color than the original, and stronger stems so those classic green flowers stay upright without flopping. It has an earlier bloom time for more color, and a brighter color change in the flowers each fall. It's a bit smaller than 'Limelight' so a better fit for many projects, and can be used as a replacement for the original in most situations.
